Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived broken or damaged.

  • The product did not arrive at all.

If your order meets the above criteria, please contact us at hello@glowrygirl.com within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged item (if applicable)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong item ordered

  • Items received in good condition

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
